Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A verbal or telephone estimate is a ballpark range, not a binding price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we assess the site in person. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling and weather

Paving and sealcoating depend on weather and temperature. We may need to reschedule for rain, cold, or site conditions. We will tell you as soon as we know, and we will not charge you for a weather delay.

Site conditions

Our quote is based on what we can observe during the assessment. If we uncover conditions that were not visible beforehand — soft subgrade, drainage problems, buried debris, or failed base — we will stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised price before continuing. We will not perform additional billable work without your approval.

Promotional offers

Advertised discounts apply to new work booked within the stated offer period and are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, including any minimum job size. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so in writing. We may end or change an offer at any time, but we will honor any offer already applied to a signed quote.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written quote. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.
